Brock Wimberley spoke at the NBI Seminar titled “How to Lay a Foundation to Get Your Evidence Introduced in Louisiana.” In this online seminar, speakers taught how to lay a foundation for different types of evidence and how to avoid being tripped up by objections the opposing counsel will make.

Brock’s presentation was entitled “Introducing Physical Evidence, Satisfying the Foundation Requirements, and Applying Ethics Rules to Evidence.”

Brock’s practice focuses primarily on insurance coverage and defense, including bad faith and extra-contractual litigation, catastrophic/disaster claims and related mass litigation, first and third-party property damage, first and third-party personal injury, flood, and insurance fraud.
