Lateral Litigation Attorney (2+ Years Experience) – New Orleans, Louisiana

Strauss Massey Dinneen LLC is seeking a lateral litigation attorney in New Orleans; this is a growth position. SMD is a boutique litigation firm with a forward-looking perspective and strong emphasis on its culture. SMD offers a unique opportunity for development and immediate immersion into meaningful work, accompanied by mentoring in a collaborative environment. SMD is a Chambers ranked firm that provides advice and representation to national insurers on complex matters involving coverage disputes, insurer bad faith, large-exposure losses and mass litigation, as well as commercial litigation.

The right candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience; be committed to excellent written advocacy; be excited to take depositions and argue motions; be comfortable with direct contact with sophisticated clients; and, importantly, a pleasure to work with.

Our compensation package is competitive and includes incentive bonuses as well as excellent benefits. We are in-office but with WFH flexibility and provide a special one month paid sabbatical benefit upon your five-year anniversary. Strauss Massey Dinneen LLC, a Chambers-ranked litigation boutique in New Orleans, is seeking a part-time litigation attorney with at least 3 years of relevant experience for our Gulfport, MS office. This is a growth opportunity at one of Louisiana’s premier defense firms.
