Insurance Defense and Coverage Litigation Attorney (3+ Years Experience) – Gulfport, Mississippi
Strauss Massey Dinneen LLC, a Chambers-ranked litigation boutique in New Orleans, is seeking a part-time litigation attorney with at least 3 years of relevant experience for our Gulfport, MS office. This is a growth opportunity at one of Louisiana’s premier defense firms.

About the Role
You’ll jump into active litigation from Day One, with support and mentoring from a respected team. You’ll:
- Handle complex insurance and commercial litigation matters
- Argue motions, take depositions, and interact directly with sophisticated clients
- Help national insurers and corporate clients navigate bet-the-company disputes, bad faith claims, and mass litigation
- Work on high-exposure cases across Louisiana and the Gulf South
What We’re Looking For
We’re hiring a smart, driven litigator who is:
- Licensed in Louisiana and Mississippi
- Skilled in written and oral advocacy
- Ready to take ownership of depositions and hearings
- Comfortable with direct client contact
