Strauss Massey Dinneen LLC is pleased to announce that Phiyen “Finn” Phan has joined the firm as an Associate effective April 1, 2025.

Phiyen “Finn” Phan is an associate attorney and her practice focuses on insurance coverage/bad faith, insurance defense and general casualty litigation.

Phiyen was born and raised in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana. She attended Louisiana State University as part of the 3 + 3 Pre-Law Program where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a concentration in Global Diplomacy. Phiyen went on to receive her Juris Doctor and a Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law from Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University in 2023. While at LSU Law, Phiyen was an active member of the Board of Advocates furthering the promotion and development of advocacy skills. In addition, Phiyen served as an LSU Law Ambassador, academic tutor, and President of the Society For Asians Lawyers. She was a recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship and received the CALI Award of Excellence for the highest grade in Federal Civil Procedure I. She also externed with the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana under Judge John DeGravelles and Magistrate Judge Erin Wilder-Doomes.
