Overview
Shannon Sale is an experienced trial litigation attorney. A true problem-solver, Shannon enjoys analyzing the unique facts of every case with a focus on obtaining the best result for her clients. Her practice primarily centers on insurance defense with a focus on commercial policies, UM/UIM, coverage disputes, extra-contractual litigation, and bad faith claims. Through her insurance defense and coverage practice, Shannon has directly represented insurers defending coverage claims made against various types of insuring agreements, including CGL policies, standard auto policies, and environmental and pollution policies. In addition to her focus on insurance, Shannon maintains a diverse practice, covering construction disputes, general labor and employment, maritime transactions, and environmental and toxic exposure. Shannon has successfully defended clients in employment discrimination and retaliation matters. She has counseled clients in employment policies, procedures, and general federal and state legal compliance, as well as general policies and procedures in the workplace.
