Overview
Paul Babineaux is an associate attorney with Strauss Massey Dinneen LLC. His practice focuses on the representation of the insurance industry in insurance coverage and bad faith, insurance fraud, catastrophe claims and general casualty defense. Paul also has experience in premises liability and personal injury defense.
Prior to joining the firm, Paul worked as an Assistant Attorney General in the Litigation Division for the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office, where he gained valuable experience defending the State and its agencies throughout all phases of litigation throughout the state of Louisiana.
Paul graduated from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2019. At Loyola, he won Best Opening Statement in the Loyola Mock Trial Competition, and he competed on the TYLA Trial Advocacy National Competition team. Paul also mentored first year law students and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society.
Before beginning his legal career, Paul obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana State University, majoring in Journalism with a minor in History.
Paul is a member of the Federal Bar Association and the Louisiana Bar Association.
