Overview
Jacob P. Williams is an associate attorney with Strauss Massey Dinneen LLC. His practice focuses primarily on insurance defense and coverage litigation. Jacob also has experience representing and advising clients on a variety of transactions and corporate governance matters as well as intellectual property and oil and gas litigation and transactions.
Jacob graduated from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2020, earning a Juris Doctorate with a certificate in Law, Technology and Entrepreneurship. While in law school he was a research assistant, member of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society, on the Board of the Advocacy Center and was selected to join the Order of the Barristers. Jacob served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Kurt D. Engelhardt, United States 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in the summer of 2018.
Before beginning his legal career, Jacob obtained his Bachelor of Science from Louisiana Tech University, majoring in Biology with a minor in Chemistry.
Jacob is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and is admitted to practice before all Louisiana State and Federal District Courts.
