October 22, 2024 – Strauss Massey Dinneen is pleased to announce that Alexandra Morris has joined the firm and will practice primarily in insurance defense and coverage litigation.

Alex graduated from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2024, earning a Juris Doctorate with a certificate in Environmental Law. While in law school she was a student practitioner in the Family Law section of the Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic. She was also a member of the Maritime Law Review Journal and the Environmental Law Society.

Before beginning her legal career, Alex received her Masters in Biology from The University of West Florida and was a research assistant responsible for organizing, teaching, and grading the comparative animal physiology lab for the biology department.  Her master’s research thesis was on temperature acclamation dynamics of stingrays on the Gulf Coast of Florida.

She is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and is admitted to practice before all Louisiana State and Federal District Courts.
