Litigation Attorney
Strauss Massey Dinneen LLC is seeking a lateral litigation attorney in New Orleans; this a growth position, newly created. SMD provides advices and representation to national insurers on complex matters involving coverage disputes, bad faith, insurance fraud and large-exposure losses in addition to commercial litigation. SMD offers a unique opportunity for development and immediate immersion into meaningful work, accompanied by direct mentoring in a collaborative culture. The right candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience; be committed to excellent written advocacy; be excited to take depositions and argue motions; be comfortable with direct contact with sophisticated clients; and, importantly, a pleasure to work with. First Chair Attorney
Downtown boutique litigation firm is seeking an experienced “first chair” litigation defense attorney to oversee a diverse docket of insurance cases. The firm represents national insurers in a broad array of insurance domains including coverage, fraud investigation, bad-faith litigation, mass-casualty litigation and large exposure losses among others. The successful candidate will be an excellent writer and will have experience managing and mentoring associates and trying cases in both state and federal court.
