We are delighted to announce the elevation of Brock L. Wimberley and Tasha W. Hebert to Member, effective January 1, 2026.

Tasha, previously Of Counsel, brings more than 20 years of litigation experience to the partnership. She focuses her practice on insurance law, defending general liability, commercial transportation, premises liability, construction-related claims, and insurance bad faith matters. Tasha is widely respected for her judgment, trial readiness, and ability to guide complex cases from inception through resolution.

Tasha holds an AV Preeminent® Martindale-Hubbell rating and was named one of Biz New Orleans’ Women to Watch in 2025. Before private practice, she served as a staff attorney to U.S. Magistrate Judge Joseph Wilkinson and as a law clerk to Judge Ross LaDart. Her experience brings valuable perspective to high-stakes litigation and client counseling.

Brock joined the firm as an associate and quickly distinguished himself as a go‑to lawyer in insurance coverage and defense. His practice focuses on bad faith and extra‑contractual litigation, catastrophe and disaster claims, mass litigation, property damage, personal injury, flood claims, and insurance fraud. He is known for his analytical precision, responsiveness, and ability to manage complex matters efficiently.

A graduate of LSU Law School, Brock earned his J.D. and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law cum laude, and previously served as Senior Editor of the Journal of Energy Law and Resources. He has been repeatedly recognized by Louisiana Super Lawyers in Insurance Coverage and named Outstanding Faculty by the National Business Institute. Brock is admitted to practice before all Louisiana state and federal courts and the Fifth Circuit.
