What You’ll Do
- Support multiple attorneys on complex litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and subpoenas
- Coordinate depositions and mediations with counsel and clients
- Manage calendars, filings, and case deadlines
- Maintain case files in the firm’s document-management system
- Review, request, and summarize medical and other records
- Help prepare cases for depositions, mediations, and trial
What We’re Looking For
- Proven paralegal experience (5+ years preferred)
- Comfortable handling multiple matters at once
- Strong writing, organization, and time-management skills
- Confidence working with sophisticated clients and counsel
- Proficiency with MS Office and legal tech
- Experience with e-filing systems; NetDocs and Coyote a plus
